Medication Charts

A variety of Medication Chart styles can be printed from within Clinical.

• The user can select which of the patient's current medications to include, and the start date and number of weeks they want the chart to run.
• All charts show the Brand and Generic name of the medication, the dose, route-of-administration, and they have a patient photo on them.
