- Before You Begin Using Clinical
- Logging On - Logging Off
  You are prompted to log on automatically when you start MedicalDirector Clinical.
- Starting Clinical
  Start Clinical as you would any other Microsoft Windows application.
- Clinical Window
  Record clinical information in the Clinical window.

    Use keyboard shortcuts to increase your efficiency.

      Move icons in the patient record toolbar or add or remove buttons to suit your preference.

  - Clinical Data Tabs
    The Clinical Window contains a series of tabs, with each representing a different aspect of a patient's clinical data and history.
  - Recording and Managing Clinical Data
    The recording and management of most clinical data is perform via the Clinical Window, and on a patient-to-patient basis.
  - Patients with Non-Entered Clinical Data
    View a list of active patients who have not been asked about their medical history, current medications or any allergies.
- Visit Timer
  The Visit Timer is activated automatically when you open a patient's record.

Quick Navigation Buttons on the Clinical Window

Customise shortcuts to templates or URLs.

Use the Ellipsis button at the bottom-right of the Clinical window to manage quick navigation buttons. Create shortcuts to your favourite Letter Writer templates or external URLs, or customise the MyMedicare Registrastion icon MyMedicare Response icon.
