Submitting Information to the National Cancer Screening Register
This section displays how to locate a Program form for submission to the National Cancer Screening Register for a patient.

  - National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR) Widget
    The National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR) widget allows you to access and submit bowel and cervical National Program screening data electronically in the National Cancer Screening Register about directly from within MedicalDirector Clinical.

Submitting Information to the National Cancer Screening Register

This section displays how to locate a Program form for submission to the National Cancer Screening Register for a patient.

You can use these forms to:

Submit Program Forms to the National Cancer Screening Register;
Request an iFOBT kit, replacement iFOBT kit or a new form on your patient's behalf;
Nominate a Healthcare Provider on your patient's behalf;
Nominate a Personal Representative on your patient's behalf (Bowel Program);
Manage your patient's participation; and
Update your patient's demographic details.
Issue an iFOBT kit to your patient and update the National Cancer Screening Register

For program forms and iFOBT kit requets, from the NCSR widget home view, select Submit Forms. From the Submit Forms page, you may filter for the relevant Program (for example bowel program or cervical program).

Select the form to be filled out by selecting the relevant form.

To update demographic details/nominate HCP/Personal Rep, click ...Ellipsis to view current demographic details, then update by clicking Submit Correction and selecting the associated form.
