Procedure

Does MedicalDirector Maintenance
recognise the device?

Can the diagnostic device perform a test and record results externally to Clinical?
- If it can't, contact the device's manufacturer or reseller for advice.
- If it can, make a note of these details and contact MedicalDirector
Customer Support:
- Did Clinical or the device display any error messages?
- If so, what was the error message?
- What was happening when the error message was displayed?
- What is the installed version of the device's software?
