Changing Your Clinical Licence Details
You can view and modify your licence information either from within Clinicalor using the MedicalDirector Maintenance suite.

- Before You Begin Using Clinical
  - Multi-User Licensing
    The Clinical licensing system requires a separate licence for each full-time practitioner in the clinic
  - Changing Your Clinical Licence Details
    You can view and modify your licence information either from within Clinicalor using the MedicalDirector Maintenance suite.
  - Installing or Modifying Clinical
    Install Clinical and its related components using the MedicalDirector Installation Wizard.
- Logging On - Logging Off
  You are prompted to log on automatically when you start MedicalDirector Clinical.
- Starting Clinical
  Start Clinical as you would any other Microsoft Windows application.
- Clinical Window
  Record clinical information in the Clinical window.
- Visit Timer
  The Visit Timer is activated automatically when you open a patient's record.

Changing Your Clinical Licence Details

You can view and modify your licence information either from within Clinicalor using the MedicalDirector Maintenance suite.

Before you begin

Procedure

Select User > Setup Users from the Main menu.
In the User Database window, click Change Licence.
In the Licence Details window, enter the new licence key in Licence Key.
Click Validate. Valid licence keys are displayed in green, invalid keys in red.
Click Save.

Results

The licence details automatically update to the new information.
