Checking a Patient's My Health Record Status

Ensure you have completed these steps before you check a patient's My Health Record status.

Via the Practice tab of Clinical Options, ensure you have;

Imported the IHI Signing, IHI Encryption, and My Health Record certificates.
Recorded the HPI-O of the Practice.
Recorded the Organisation Type and Service type.

Via the User Database in Clinical, ensure you have;

Recorded your HPI-I. Note that as from MedicalDirector Clinical 3.15, full-access users can record their HPI-I also. Refer to the guide 'Recording HPI-I for Non-GP Health Practitioners'.
Recorded your PCHER details.
First Name and Surname.
Medicare No and position on card, or DVA No.
Date of Birth.
Sex at Birth.
