Diabetes Module

Clinical > Diabetes Record (via the Clinical Window)

Diabetes is managed using the Diabetes Follow Up utility, available from the patient's Clinical Window via Clinical > Diabetes Record.

The Diabetes Follow Up utility allows you to record and track parameters for height, weight, blood sugar level, blood pressure and urinalysis as well as important biochemical values - HbA1c, Creatinine and Lipid levels, and when the last Hypokit was provided. There is access to a full Diabetes Assessment tool to record details of tests and visits.

From this window you can:

Conduct a Diabetes Assessment,
Print previous assessments by double-clicking a date in the Assessment Performed list,
Add Values such as Blood Pressure, Urinalysis and Review dates, and
View a graph of recorded data.
