Email Templates

Create a new email template or edit an existing one.

Procedure

  1. Select Correspondence > Email > Templates.
  2. In the Email Template window, either:
    • To create a new template, in Select Template, enter the name of the new template. Click Add.
    • To edit a template, select it in Select Template. Click Edit.
  3. In the text box, compose the body of the email template. You can:
    • Free-type text in the text box.
    • Add merge fields that Clinical populates with data when the email is sent. In Choose Merge Fields, select the merge field you want to add to the email template. Click Insert.
  4. Click Save.

Results

The email template is available for users to use when composing emails.
