eOrders Status Definitions


Pending Collection	The test has been transmitted/printed from the practice but not yet processed by your laboratory. Pending Collection items can be discarded. Discarded orders cannot be reinstated: you must recreate the order as a new order. However, if the laboratory processes the discarded order, the order will be reinstated in Clinical.
At Lab	The sample has been collected by the laboratory, and is currently being processed.
Reported	The final result has been sent/delivered to the practice by the laboratory.
Checked	The practitioner has taken some action on the result via the Holding File.
Discarded	The practitioner is confident that the laboratory will never process the order, and as such the order was discarded.
