Consumer Medicines Information (CMI)

View Consumer Medicines Information (CMI) documents for drugs available in MDref.

CMI is developed by various pharmaceutical companies and is available for many of the drugs in MDref. This information can be printed and customised as patient handouts.

Use one of the following methods to open the Consumer Medicines Information browser:
  • On the Toolbar, click the CMI iconConsumer Medicines Information (CMI) icon.
  • From the Clinical window, press Shift+F12.
  • In the Clinical window, select Resources > Consumer Medicines Information (CMI).

Action Description
previous item iconPrevious and Next item iconNext Navigate between the products you have viewed during the current session.
Print iconPrint Prints the full CMI for the selected item.
Item list Use this list to quickly navigate to a specific product.
Search To search for a product, enter its name in this text box and click Search icon Search.
