Patient Management

- Patient Database
  The Patient Database lists the records of all active, inactive, and deceased patients.

Transgender Patients

You can specify that a patient is transgender, to indicate that they have had or are undergoing gender-affirming procedures.

To record a patient as transgender:

On the Pt. Details tab, set Transgender.
For a patient who was born male who is currently undergoing gender-affirming procedures, from the Sex at Birth list, select Female.
For a patient who was born female who is currently undergoing gender-affirming procedures, from the Sex at Birth list, select Male.
