Receiving Messages via MDExchange

Correspondence > Check Holding File

Messages received via MDExchange are stored in the Holding File. MDExchange messages are indicated by a provider or reference of MDExchange.

Performing an action on this message (including clicking No Action) will add the message to the patient record and cause an MDExchange 'Read' acknowledgement to be sent.
