• Asthma
• Cardiac Disease
• Chronic Inherited Metabolic Diseases
• Chronic Liver Disease
• Chronic Neurological Conditions
• Chronic Respiratory Conditions
• Chronic Renal Disease
• Diabetes Mellitus
• Down Syndrome
• Haemoglobinopathies
• Immunocompromising Conditions (includes patients currently taking specific Oral Corticosteroids)
• Long-Term Aspirin Therapy in Children aged <10 years
• Significant Obesity
