• Alcoholism
• Asplenia
• Asthma
• Chronic Cardiac Disease
• Chronic Liver Disease
• Chronic Lung Disease
• Chronic Renal Disease
• CSF Leak
• Diabetes Mellitus
• Down Syndrome
• Immunocompromising Conditions, (includes patients currently taking specific Oral Corticosteroids)
• Other Conditions Predisposing IPD
• Tobacco Smoker
