What to do next

If any issues are present, see Firewall Rules for MedicalDirector Software software. Failures encountered during the Connectivity Test are likely to be caused by a block on ICMP or HTTPS connections to update.hcn.com.au, HTTP connections to download.hcn.com, or connections to your server on port 8121.
