SMS Reminders and Recalls

Send SMS reminders or recall messages to a patient's mobile phone when needed.

Clinicians can send reminder messages to patients using Recall and Reminder options.

A Recall is a reminder note sent to the patient by email or SMS, to remind them that they are due for a visit.

Recalls are first created and then sent to the patient in advance of their visit.

Message transfer is managed by MessageNet, with whom you must register in order to send SMS messages.

To access the SMS tool, select Tools > SMS.
