- Before You Begin Using Clinical

  You are prompted to log on automatically when you start MedicalDirector Clinical.
- Starting Clinical
  Start Clinical as you would any other Microsoft Windows application.

  Record clinical information in the Clinical window.

About this task

Create shortcuts to your favourite Letter Writer templates or external URLs.

Procedure

In the Clinical window, click the Ellipsis button at the bottom-right of the screen.
In the Quick Navigation Buttons window, in the Type column, select:
- Letter Template to create a shortcut to a Letter Writer template.
- Website URL to create a shortcut to a website.
In the Caption column, type the label of the shortcut.
In the URL/Template Name column, to create a link to:
- A letter template, click the Ellipsis button. In the Select Template window, select the letter template. Click OK.
- A website, type the website's URL.
Click Save.
