In the Outstanding Requests window:
- Black requests are standard orders, that is, they are not eOrders.
- Green requests are incomplete eOrders.
- Red requests have the same patient's name and request date as a result that has been received. It is the responsibility of the practitioner to check that the result is for the requested test and is complete.
- Blue requests have been deleted.
- Double-click the outstanding request you want to check.
- The Investigation Results window displays a list of all results saved in that patient's record.

- A request can require that results be returned periodically. Before you delete an outstanding request, check that the entire sequence of results has been returned and marked-off.
- eOrders cannot be deleted.
- Click Close.
-

- Optionally, to print a list of the outstanding requests within a selected date range, click Print. Select the time interval. Click OK. Follow the prompts to print the outstanding requests.
