Deleting Recall Reasons via the Patient's Record

Select Recall Items window appears.

Click AddThe Add Recall window appears. Note that we are not actually going to create a new Recall for the patient in this instance, but we need to access this window in order to delete a reason from the list of those available.
- Within the list of reasons, locate and select the reason you wish to delete.
- Click Delete Reason. You will be prompted to confirm this action.
- Click Cancel to close the Add Recall window. Ensure you do not click Save unless your intention is to record a new recall for this patient.
