Deleting Recall Reasons via the Patient's Record

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Select Clinical > Recall. The Recall Items window appears.

  2. Click AddThe Add Recall window appears. Note that we are not actually going to create a new Recall for the patient in this instance, but we need to access this window in order to delete a reason from the list of those available.

  3. Within the list of reasons, locate and select the reason you wish to delete.
  4. Click Delete Reason. You will be prompted to confirm this action.
  5. Click Cancel to close the Add Recall window. Ensure you do not click Save unless your intention is to record a new recall for this patient.
