Nursing Home Medication Chart

Before you begin

Summaries > Nursing Home Medication Chart

You can print a nursing home medication chart for a patient, beginning with the start date and the number of weeks you wish the chart to run.

Procedure

Select Summaries > Nursing Home Medication Chart from the patient's record. The Nursing Home Medication Chart window appears.
Select or enter a start date for the medication chart.
Select the number of weeks to run the medication chart from the drop-down list.
Click Print to print the medication chart.
