Release Document Locks
The Release Document Locks utility releases all Clinical document locks, including locks held by active users.
Before you begin
This utility is only available to practitioners or users of type 'Practice Manager'.
Procedure
- Ensure Clinical is closed on all computers.

Locate and double-click the MedicalDirector Maintenance icon
from your desktop. The window appears.]

Select the
menu item. -
Double-click
Release Document Locks. If this is the first time you have tried to open the Release Document Locks utility during this session of working in MedicalDirector Maintenance, you will be prompted to select a Configuration, and enter your Username and Password.

You will be prompted that all document locks will be released. Click Yes if you want to proceed.

You will be notified when the document locks have been released.
