Welcome to MedicalDirector Clinical, practice and clinical management software for general practice!
- Logging On and Logging Off
  You are prompted to log on automatically when you start MedicalDirector Clinical.
- Starting Clinical
  Start Clinical as you would any other Microsoft Windows application.
- Communications
  Record communications with patients, practices and with other medical professionals or healthcare providers in MedicalDirector Clinical.
- Clinical Window
  Record clinical information in the Clinical window.
- Visit Timer
  The Visit Timer is activated automatically when you open a patient's record.
- Security
  MedicalDirector Clinical protects users data, clinical notes and other sensitive information by storing it in an encrypted format.

Communications

Record communications with patients, practices and with other medical professionals or healthcare providers in MedicalDirector Clinical.

Clinicians can communicate through various channels, such as SMS, email, in-built text based messaging utility messenger or word processor Letter Writer.

Web

Clinical uses the internet to access a number of external data repositories. A web connection is not essential to run the program, but some of the functionality will be limited without it.
