Clinical V4.3a Release 2 Release Notes

The following information outlines the modifications and fixes contained in Clinical 4.3a Release 2.

The 4.3a Release 2 update is a patch release that can only be installed over the 4.3, 4.3a, or 4.3a Hotfix releases.

Enhancements

Bulk billing incentives are enabled for all patients, effective from 1 November 2025.

Bug Fixes

We've updated the Installer so installation does not fail if a newer version of PowerShell is already installed.
We’ve fixed a problem where, when working in the patient’s file and accessing the Holding File tab, users experienced multiple crashes per day. Related error messages were recorded in the MDError log and ESP logs.
We’ve fixed a problem that caused Pracsoft to generate duplicate receipts.

Installation Requirements

Minimum Clinical/Pracsoft version 4.3 with all subsequent updates and fixes.
Clinical/Pracsoft must be stopped on the machine where the update is being installed.
