Patient Alerts
The NCSR Hub widget home view displays the alerts relevant to your patient.
In the NCSR Hub widget home view, the alerts relevant to your patient are displayed at the top of the NCSR Hub screen.
These alerts are to indicate certain program result alerts, or administrative alerts such as deferral or mail failed. Some alerts may persist over several screening rounds.

| iFOBT Negative |
|
Patient has an iFOBT Negative result this round. |

Patient has an inconclusive or no result iFOBT result this round. |
| Positive Histopathology |
|
Patient has had a positive histopathology result, and is medically excluded from the bowel program. Patient may elect to resume participation. |
| Colectomy |
|
Patient has had a colectomy, and is medically excluded from the bowel program. |
| Opt Out |
|
Patient has opted out of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Register. Patient may elect to resume participation at any time. |
| Defer |
|
Patient has deferred from the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program. |
| Mail failed to deliver |
|
Correspondence sent to the patient from the NCSR has failed to deliver. |

| Total Hysterectomy – Ongoing Screening | Patient has had a total hysterectomy and is completing follow-up due to historical abnormalities or abnormalities found during hysterectomy. | |
| Glandular – 1 yearly co-test | Patient has been diagnosed with and treated for Adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS). They are now undergoing post-treatment surveillance where they are co-testing annually. | |
| Glandular – 3 yearly co-test | Patient has previously been diagnosed with and treated for AIS. After successfully passing annual co-testing as part of their post-treatment surveillance, they are now co-testing every 3 years. | |
| Glandular - Completed | Patient has completed their follow-up of completely excised AIS. | |
