Filtering by Date Range

When applying an Advanced Filter, you can specify to filter records by Date Collected and/or Date Requested. These two options are further broken down into specific periods, as described in the following table.


Filter	Rule
Blank	Where the date has not been recorded
Today	All records created today
Yesterday	All records created yesterday
Since Yesterday	All records created yesterday, including today
In Last Week	All records from the last 7 days, including today
In Last 2 Weeks	All records from the last 14 days, including today
In Last Month	All records between the current day and the same day in the previous month, including today. If there is no corresponding day in the previous month, the nearest valid day is used.
In Last 3 Months	All records between the current day and the same day 3 months prior, including today. If there is no corresponding day in the month 3-months prior, the nearest valid day is used.
In Last 6 Months	All records between the current day and the same day 6 months prior, including today. If there is no corresponding day in the month 6-months prior, the nearest valid day is used.
In Last Year	All records between the current day and the same day 12 months prior, including today. If there is no corresponding day in the month 12-months prior, the nearest valid day is used.
In Last 2 Years	All records between the current day and the same day 24 months prior, including today. If there is no corresponding day in the month 24-months prior, the nearest valid day is used.
Custom	A customised date range, specified by the user.
