Recalls/Reminders

Search for clinically-significant or urgent recalls. Merge duplicated or misaligned recalls.
Search for reminders. Review and remove outdated or completed items.

Diagnosis Coder

Review the list of uncoded diagnoses that have been recorded across the practice. Either link the free text-typed entry to a coded diagnosis or replace it with the coded diagnosis.

Correspondence

Identify patients who need to be contacted and recalled via the Actioned Items list. To identify them, use the Advanced Filters. Filter by the Location column and enter the search text Return Urgent.
