Nominate a GP for your patient, with their consent, to receive their results for the bowel program and assist them and their participation in the program.

You can nominate a healthcare provider for your patient, with their consent, using the Nominated Provider form in the participant details section of the NCSR Hub widget.

The nominated healthcare provider will be recorded against the patient’s NCSR record and will be contacted if follow-up is needed in relation to bowel screening.
