- Patient Database
  The Patient Database lists the records of all active, inactive, and deceased patients.

  - Adding a Single Patient Record
    Use the Patient Details window to add a patient record.

Editing Patient Details

Edit a patient's details.

There are two areas in Clinical from which you can edit a patient's details:

From the Clinical main screen. This method restricts the editable data to that of simple demographics. No clinical data is visible or editable.
From within a patient's Clinical Window. This method give you access to all of the standard demographic data accessible via the first method, but also more-sensitive information including some clinical data.
