HealthLink Forms

Secure access to and submission of HealthLink forms is available directly from the HealthLink tab in the patient's record. HealthLink form accessibility in Clinical replaces current paper-based form systems, to significantly reduce costs and the time taken to obtain, complete, and submit forms.

  • HealthLink forms functionality requires an active Internet connection.
  • HealthLink forms are not available when you are using Clinical in 'Mobility/\'' mode.
  • HealthLink forms are not available to the sample database.
  • HealthLink form data from the HealthLink tab of the patient's record is not included in the exporting of the patient's record. However, submitted forms are saved to the Letters tab of the patient's record, and this data is exported. Therefore, if it is your intention to export a patient's record (e.g. for transferring them to another practice), ensure you complete and submit any parked HealthLink forms prior to exporting.
