    If you have entered the incorrect Date, Type, Site, Sequence, Batch and/or Vaccine Serial Number in the patient's record and already transmitted to AIR, you can edit those details before contacting Australian Immunisation Registrar for assistance.

Before you begin

Procedure

Select the Immunisations History tab.
Locate the record you wish to update with AIR.
Right-click the record and select Update Encounter.
