    If you have entered the incorrect Date, Type, Site, Sequence, Batch and/or Vaccine Serial Number in the patient's record and already transmitted to AIR, you can edit those details before contacting Australian Immunisation Registrar for assistance.

Practice Immunisations

To view a patient's immunisation data, select the Imm. tab in the patient's Clinical Window, and then select the Practice Immunisations tab.

To delete the record of an immunisation, highlight it in the list and click in the toolbar or press the Delete key.
To refresh the list of immunisations, click Refresh You may need to do this if there are multiple users accessing the patient's record simultaneously, and one or more are currently recording immunisations for the patient. See Opening a Patient's Record on Multiple Computers for more information.
Immunisations declined by the patient/guardian are displayed in red text.
