General Tab

Inserts an auto text and enables a prompt to save letters before printing.


Field	Description
Automatically Insert Auto Text?	When you type a valid auto text keyword, the associated phrase is inserted automatically without a prompt. For more information about auto text, refer to Auto Text.
Prompt to Save Letters Before Printing?	Displays a prompt to save the letter before you print it. Regardless of this setting, you are prompted to save the letter when closing the Letter Writer or create a new letter.
Default date Format	Sets the default date format in the Letter writer.
