Calculate the Estimated Date of Confinement (EDC) from either the Last Menstrual Period (LMP) or the date on an Ultrasound scan.

To access a Gestational Age Calculator, select Tools > Calculators > Gestational Age.

Note:

The Save option is disabled for patients aged 55 and older.

To calculate gestational age:

By LMP:
1. Set By LMP.
2. From the Date of LMP calendar, select the date. The gestational age is automatically calculated and displayed in the Gestational Age Calculator panel.
By Scan:
1. Set By Scan.
2. From the calendar, select the date of the scan and enter values for estimated Weeks and Days as derived from the scan.
3. Click Calculate to update the figures.
