- Actions
  An action is a record of something that was done or is to be done for a patient.

Select appropriate exercises based on a patient's lifestyle and health needs, and track and graph their progress over time.

From the patient's Clinical Window, select Assessment > Physical Activity, or click

on the toolbar.

There is also a Physical Activity module prompt which is displayed on opening a patient's record when the following criteria are met:

The Physical Activity Prompt is enabled in Prompt Options.
The patient's age is ≥ 18.
The prompt is not disabled for that particular patient. However, you have the option to disable future prompts when the prompt first displays.
The patient has not been assessed within the last 12 months.
The patient has diabetes, not including pre-diabetes, borderline diabetes, or non-active gestational diabetes.
