Create Collections Manually

Create a collection at any time.

Procedure

  1. In Insights, click Collection .
  2. In the calendar, click the reference date for the report. This date is used to calculate times, for example, days since the patient's last visit.
  3. If you do not want confidential records included in the collection, unset Include diagnosis records that are marked confidential in collection. Only aggregated data is reported and no personal information is provided in the reports.
  4. Click Start > OK.

Results

Tip:
Creating the collection can take several hours, depending on the size of your database.

After the collection has been created, a record of it appears at the top of the Collection window. The Dashboard iconDashboard list displays charts of popular data sets and information about the specifications of the current collection.
