Create Collections Automatically
Create collections automatically at scheduled times.
About this task
Procedure
- In Insights, click Collection .
- In the calendar, click the reference date for the report. This date is used to calculate time intervals, for example, days since the patient's last visit.
- In Schedule Name, enter a name for the schedule.
- In the Repeat list, select how frequently you want the collection to be captured, for example, Weekly.
- In Start At, select the time when you want Insights to start creating the collection.
- If you do not want confidential records included in the collection, unset Include diagnosis records that are marked confidential in collection. Only aggregated data is reported and no personal information is provided in the reports.
- Click Create Schedule.
