Receive messages sent to you via MDExchange.

About this task

Messages received via MDExchange are stored in the Holding File. For these messages, Sender/Provider is set to MDExchange.

Procedure

Click Correspondence > Check Holding File.

Tip:

Performing any action on this message, including clicking No Action, adds the message to the patient record and makes MDExchange send a Read status.
