Managing Practitioner and User Records
Each user must be defined in MedicalDirector Clinical's user database.
User Database
The User Database is where practitioners and users can be added, edited and deleted, and access levels and restrictions can be defined as appropriate.
Adding, Editing, and Deleting Users
In Clinical, a user is defined as any non-clinical user.
Inactivating Users
Inactivate non-clinical users instead of deleting them.

Inactivate non-clinical users instead of deleting them.

About this task

Inactivating a non-clinical user in the User Database does not delete their record, their history of using Clinical, or any data they recorded.

Procedure

To inactivate a user:

In the User Database, select the user you want to inactivate.
Click Make Inactive > Yes.

Results

The user is inactivated.
