Submit Reports to the Health Data Portal

Submit the nKPI, OSR, and HCP reports to the Health Data Portal.

Before you begin

Obtain your health service security token from the Department of Health and Aged Care’s Indigenous Health Data Portal.

Procedure

Click Reporting > Submit to Health Data Portal.
The first time you submit reports, in the IF Health Service Security Token window, enter your health service security token.
Click Set.
In the Submission section, select:
- Active snapshot to submit data from the most recent collection.
- Other snapshots to submit data from a different collection. Select the collection you want to use.
Select the report or reports you want to submit.
Click Submit.

Results

If the reports are transmitted successfully, they are added to the Recent Submission section.

In the Snapshots window, the collection on which the report is based can't be deleted.
