Summary, Supplied, and User-Defined Templates

Clinical is provided with predefined templates.

Note:

Neither summary nor supplied templates can be renamed, but they can be modified and then saved as different templates. If you save a template under a different name (i.e. you create a new template), when you next wish to create a new letter based on it, it will be located on the User Defined tab. See Creating and Modifying Templates for more information.
