INR Record

- Actions
  An action is a record of something that was done or is to be done for a patient.
- Progress Notes
  Record notes about a patient's visit in Progress Notes.

INR Actions

Describes each action in the INR tool.

Action	Description
Data	Displays the patient's INR record as a list of data.
Graph	Displays the patient's INR record as a graph.
Add Recall	Adds a Recall for the patient.
Clear	Clears any data you entered in the Current Measurements section of the window.
Print	Prints the patient's INR data. If you have filtered the data, this will be reflected in the printout.
Reference	This option is inactive for INR.
Exit	This option is inactive for INR.
View	This option is inactive for INR.
Save	Saves the data to the patient's record.
